Commission Structure
Base: 10% | Minimum: 5%
Level Deduction
Lower Primary School 0.5%
Upper Primary School 0.75%
Lower Secondary School 1%
Upper Secondary School 1.25%
JC / Polytechnic 1.5%
Dynamic Adjustment:
• New student joins → Commission drops for ALL.
• Student leaves → Commission rises for ALL.
Commission Duration: Lasts 6 months per student.
Example: Olivia's Commission

Current Status (4% Total Deduction):

1 Upper Secondary student 1.25%
2 Upper Secondary students 2.5%
1 Lower Secondary student 1%
Total Deduction: 1.25% + 2.5% + 1% = 4%
Olivia Currently pays a 6% Commission

After 3 Months (New Student Joins):

A new Lower Secondary student joins + 1% deduction
New Rate: 5% minimum commission for all students
New Student 5% for 6 months
Existing Students 5% for their remaining months

After 1 Month (Olivia loses a Student):

Olivia loses Lower Secondary Student (-1% deduciton)
Her total deduction becomes 4% again
Newly joined Student:6% for 5 months
Remaining joined Students:6% for their next 2 months

This demonstrates how EMAYAM adjusts fairly based on workload—charging less when tutors take on more.
